What Norai Drafts does

It builds emails from templates and saves them as drafts in your own Gmail account. It never sends email. You decide whether to send each draft, and you send it yourself from Gmail.

Your account and your emails

• You use your own Google account and you're responsible for keeping it secure.
• You're responsible for what you send. Because nothing leaves your Drafts until you press Send, every email is yours.
• Only use From addresses you're allowed to send from, and only email people you have a reason to contact.

Fair use

Norai Drafts is for personal and small-list email. Don't use it for spam, bulk marketing, phishing, harassment, or anything unlawful, including breaching the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We can stop providing the service to anyone who does.

Google

Norai Drafts works through Google's Gmail service, so Google's own terms apply to your Google account too. How we handle the access you give us is in our privacy policy.

Paid plans

Some features may need a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay, include GST, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time; it stops the next renewal.

Your content

Your templates, logos and emails stay yours. Templates we design for you are yours to use once paid for.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Norai Drafts running and correct, but it's provided as is and may change or have downtime. Always check a draft before you send it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Norai isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using Norai Drafts, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use Norai Drafts after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
